Bath Time

We could not take a "real" bath until Dr. Smith gave us the go ahead but we finally got that last Thursday.... so we finally get to use our Mr. Whale bathtub!!! Jett loves to have a bath.... and he just looks so cute doing it!

One Month with New Additions

We added a new addition to Jett's room that is just to cute not to share. My 2 favorite aunts ;) brought these back from their vacation. Are they not precious!

July 12th was Jett's 1 month birthday... I can't believe that my little man is 1 month old already. How time flies!!! He weighs 9lbs 5oz and is 22in long... he is above average in length. Hopefully he will be tall like his daddy!

Should we or should we not?

Our little man has picked up a new habit in the last few days that has me a little concerned. When he is not eating or sleeping he is constantly sucking on his hands or fingers. Probably no big deal but these days I am worrying more than usual... Maybe that is normal for a new mom! Neal and I have been debating a paci since Jett was born and were trying to avoid it but we finally gave in and tried it out. He took it right off the bat and seems to really enjoy it. He doesn't take it often, just when he is bored and sucking on those hands! I had to share a picture with yall of him and the paci... it is just to cute! This first picture was just to precious not to share! Hi Aunt Kerry!!!

Is this not so adorable... it takes up half of his face!

Introducing....

JETTISON O'NEAL SHAVERS

Surrounded by LOTS of family and friends Jett finally made his grand entrance at 11:46 am on June 12, 2009. He weighed 8lbs 5oz and was 20.5 inches long. He has a head full of brownish blonde hair and blue eyes, as of now. He is just so pretty I can't take my eyes off of him! We are still in the hospital as of now but are thinking we will be going home today if all the doctors say we are looking good.
